Hello readers! Stress is a normal part of life, but chronic stress can take a toll on your heart. When you’re stressed, your body releases hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which can increase blood pressure, elevate heart rate, and even promote inflammation over time. If left unchecked, chronic stress may significantly raise your risk of heart disease.

As I write this newsletter, I’m sitting on the beach in beautiful Belize, soaking in the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun. This is my stress relief—a time to reset and recharge.
