Hi, I’m Hannah

I remember thinking, “How can I be in healthcare, doing everything ‘right’—and still feel this bad?”I’m a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner and Metabolic Health Coach who helps busy, overwhelmed women reclaim their energy, stabilize their metabolism, and feel like themselves again—through science-backed, concierge-level coaching.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in the world of advanced cardiovascular medicine—helping patients manage everything from heart failure to vascular disease. But the deeper I went into conventional medicine, the more I realized that something was missing: we weren’t getting to the root of why people felt burned out, inflamed, and metabolically stuck.

 

My journey into functional and lifestyle medicine started in 2021…... 

I was working 60+ hours a week, constantly exhausted, and trying to stay on top of everything—my career, relationships, and health. I had always been active and conscious of what I ate, but suddenly, my body wasn’t responding anymore. I was gaining weight, battling intense cravings, and even developed high blood pressure.

I remember thinking, “How can I be in healthcare, doing everything ‘right’—and still feel this bad?”

But one day, something shifted.….

I stopped chasing quick fixes and started looking inward. I dove deep into metabolic health, nervous system regulation, and root-cause healing. I rebuilt my own habits—not through restriction or extremes, but by creating a system that actually supported my body and my life.
