Oath Nutrition Whey Protein
I recently discovered this protein. I like that is a very smooth drink and similar to that of an electrolyte powder. I mix it in a one liter of water.

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
This has been my go-to whey protein for several years. My favorite flavors are delicious strawberry and double rich chocolate.

Nutricost Soy Protein

This is my favorite blender for smoothies because it is quick and easy to clean up!

Growing up in the south I know how much people like their fried food. This air fryer is a heart healthy alternative.
Wellness
Self-care and relaxation is an important part of holistic health. Here are a few simply ways to improve your overall wellness.

Essential Oil Diffuser
My diffuser is part of my bedtime ritual. I infuse lavender starting 1 hour prior to my bedtime to prepare my body for a good night's sleep.

Essential Oils
Lavender is my all-time favorite essential oil. It eases my anxiety and keeps me in a zen state.

Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt
I'll be honest. I don't spend a lot of money on fancy bath bombs. The best spa bath is a handful of epsom salt and a few drops of lavender essential oil.

Theragun
We often travel with this device. It is great for relieving sore muscles. It also can save you money on frequent massages.

Body Weight Scale
This scale tracks your weight and BMI. It has bluetooth capabilities and will sync with your Apple Health app, Fitbit, or Google Fit.

Body Measuring Tape
Tracking your weight isn't always the best way to measure progress. You may lose inches from your body without seeing a significant change in your weight.
Exercise & Movement
Living an active lifestyle is crucial to improving heart health. Here are a few things I recommend for at home and the gym for staying active.

Resistant Bands
Resistant bands are versatile, portable, and suitable for all fitness levels. You are able to target multiple muscle groups with resistant bands. This is a great cost-effective option for your at-home workouts.

Gym Bag
This is such a functional tote. It holds all my equipment with a separate compartment for my shoes! It also comes with a toiletry bag.

Yoga Mat
By incorporating a yoga practice into your exercise routine, you will not only improve flexibility, but also mental clarity, stress reduction, and emotional well-being. I've had this exact yoga mat for years and has held up well.

Kettlebell
I love, love kettlebells. If you could only have one piece of exercise equipment at home, I'd recommend a kettlebell. It is so easy to get a total body workout with a kettlebell.

Weighted Vest
Why not make simple activities more challenging? You can adjust the weight in this vest as your fitness level improves. Try wearing during your evening walk or cleaning your house.

Dumbbells
If you are going all in for a home gym, these are great high quality dumbbells that will last forever.

Reebok Nano 4
These are cross training shoes and I wear them for high impact and interval training workouts where I need some stability.

Nike Metcon
These shoes are for the serious lifters. They are great when you are lifting heavy. I wear these when I am doing barbell workouts such as squats and deadlifts.

Hoka Running Shoes
I haven't looked back since owning a pair of Hoka's. These are the shoes I ran a half marathon in. Also, many of my nursing colleagues only wear Hoka's to work.
Office & Workspace
We spend 40 hours per week in our office, it is important to prioritize health during this time as well.

Tabletop Desk Riser
I use this in my home office. I place it on top of my desk to allow me to stand while working or use my walking pad.

Standing Desk
I have this desk at my work office. I can easily adjust the height for standing or sitting. My walking pad works well under this desk.

Walking Pad
Many of us have desk jobs which has caused us the be sedentary the majority of the day. This purchase was a game-changer for me. I tripled my step count with this one purchase!
