A simple 5-part assessment to measure the core physical abilities linked to independence, vitality, and healthy aging. This test takes about 10–15 minutes to complete. Remember: This is not about being “perfect” today. It’s about creating a baseline, seeing where to focus, and celebrating improvements over time.
